Sam & Stephen
What an amazing start to the 2011 Wedding Season.
Sam & Steve are such an amazing couple that fit so perfectly together, and I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to document their special day yesterday.
Although the weather didn’t work out, the day was beautiful.
Starting the day at Sams house, before briefly nipping around to see Steve’s allow full coverage for the entire day.
The ceremony was held at St Giles Church, a lovely little church in Ickenham half way between the homes Sam & Steve grew up in. It was then off to Grovefield House in Burnham for the reception.
Working closely with Josh & Kameran from DJSpacebar thoughout the day and evening allowed for some interesting photos during the evening.
I’ve found it really difficult to narrow down the images, so just a sneak preview here, however you’ll find their entire set of images HERE
I wish them both all the happiness in the world for the rest of their life together.

Sam & Stephen :: Sneak Peek
Here’s a sneak preview of Sam & Stephens wedding yesterday at Grovefield House. Unfortunately although the weather didnt hold out, the day was amazing, and I wish Sam & Stephen all the best for their life together.

Full set of images coming soon.
Douai Abbey, Woolhampton
What I can only describe as an amazing and beautiful abbey. Located in Woolhampton Douai Abbey is run by a community of Benedictine Monks.
Douai Abbey Church is the largest lightest church that I have been fortunate enough to visit in recent years.
I will be photographing Michelle & Rob’s wedding here in May
You’ll find all the photos here.

Michelle & Rob :: Pre Wedding
What a wonderful day I’ve had with such a great couple, at such an amazing venue.
We first visited Douai Abbey, Woolhampton where their ceremony will be taking place in May, all I can say is wow!! Such a beautiful light church, I think this could well be the grandest church that I’ve ever been into.
We then moved onto Donnington Grove Country Club in Newbury where their reception will be held. Not only was I blown away with the Abbey, but Donnington Grove & its grounds were even more impressive.
Luckily the weather cleared up giving us chance to grab some pre-wedding photos in the picturesque grounds.
I can’t wait for May to photograph their special day.
You’ll find all the photos here.

New Clothing for 2011
Deciding that my current branded clothing was looking a little worn (and may have shrunk slightly), I decided to order a new set for 2011.
They finally turned up today, I went for a mixture of Shirt, Polo and Soft Shell Jacket this time around, and I have to say I’m really impressed with the quality.
All of the items have my logo embroidered on the front left breast, and URL on the back.

I hope that gives you a better picture of the gear I use to shoot a Wedding. This kit makes up my core gear that accompanies me on most weddings, however there is a whole host of other gear which sometimes joins me if required.
Although Id like to point out that an expensive camera definately doesn’t make the person holding it a photographer, it’s very important that the professional photographing your wedding is using only the best of equipment to capture your day.
I have invested heavily over the past few years to ensure that I have nothing but the best gear to capture your special day,my set-up is fully redundant just in case I’m unfortunate enough for one piece of kit to fail on the day.
I will be posting more information on my portable studio kit shortly which is sometimes used during a wedding, or a pre-wedding shoot.
Angela & Noel :: Pre Wedding
I’ve had a fun day at Northcote House with the wonderful Angela & Noel.
Angela & Noel’s personalities certainly shone today, with such fun and laughter filled photos I’ve found it very difficult to narrow these down to a few images, so I decided to share a few more here than normal.
I’m really looking forward to working with Josh from DJSpacebar at their May wedding, which will no doubt be as full of energy and laughter as today has been.
You’ll find all the shots here
